Purchases outside of our sales periods and for any full priced items:
If you decide that an item you ordered is not to your liking, we are more than happy to process a return or exchange. Items are eligible for return within 4 days of when the customer receives their order (which may be extended during the holiday season, or on case-by-case basis).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you are returning jars, you need to show jars in bubble wrap as you received them. Please ensure proper packaging as you received the item because jars are fragile and they will break if you don't pack them properly.
To start a return, you can email pictures of your unused product at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, you'll have to dispatch the item at your nearest courier to our address. The return courier charges have to be paid by the customer. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY REVERSE PICKUP FACILITY.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, after that we will process your payment via the bank details provided by you. The return process can take 4-5 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Items not eligible for return:
- Any items purchased using a discount code or sale items.
- Any health and beauty products (lotions, balms, soaps, perfumes, etc.)
- Books with opened packaging
- Used Stickers
- Any items missing or torn products.
- Food and edible products
If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package and Whatsapp it to +923360123410. In your message, please include your order number and pictures of the damaged product and the package in which your order arrived. This will help us trace your order.
RETURNS OF ITEMS USED IN PHOTOSHOOT
Mytype.Sore reserves the right to refuse any return requests for items purchased for a photoshoot.
