Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges for Full-Priced Items

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a return or exchange. Items are eligible for return within 4 days of receiving your order. During the holiday season or in special cases, we may extend this return period at our discretion.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Items purchased during sales periods or using a discount code (all sale items are final sale).
  • Health & beauty products, including lotions, balms, soaps, perfumes, etc.
  • Books with opened packaging.
  • Used or partially used stickers.
  • Items with missing, torn, or opened packaging.
  • Food and edible products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives with visible damage or the items inside are defective, please do the following:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged package before opening it.
  2. Take photos of the damaged items inside.
  3. Email us at store.mytype@gmail.com with your order number and attached photos.

We will assess the issue and work with you to find the best possible solution.

Returns for Items Used in Photoshoots

Mytype.Store reserves the right to deny return requests for items purchased for photoshoots.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please email us at store.mytype@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 24 hours on weekdays. If you contact us over the weekend or during a holiday, we will get back to you on the next business day.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
