Quick answers about delivery, payments, returns and more.
What are your delivery charges?
Standard delivery is Rs. 450 across Pakistan, and free on orders of Rs. 6000 or more.
In Lahore only: Express 48 hours is Rs. 500 and Next day delivery is Rs. 1000.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
How long will my order take?
Lahore: usually 3–4 working days, and sometimes within 2 days.
Outside Lahore: 5–7 working days.
We ship Monday to Saturday at around 11 AM. Orders placed on Saturday after 11 AM ship on Monday. We do not ship or deliver on Sundays.
How can I track my order?
Use our Track your order page, also linked in the footer of our website.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer.
Cash on delivery: pay in full when the parcel is handed over, before it is opened.
Bank transfer: you can find our bank details at checkout, or message us on WhatsApp at 0336 0123410. After you pay, send us the proof of payment on WhatsApp. We ship your order after we confirm the payment.
Why did you contact me after I placed my order?
We contact customers to confirm their orders before we ship them. Please keep your phone reachable and reply promptly, as unconfirmed orders may be delayed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only before the order has been packed or handed to the courier. Please contact us by email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once it has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Can I return or exchange an item?
All sales are final, so please check the size, material and photos carefully before you order.
If you change your mind, we may accept a return at our discretion. You pay 100% of the return cost, and shipping charges are never refunded. Please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order, before sending anything.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?
Take clear photos of the package before you open it, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. Then email hello@mytype.store or message us on WhatsApp at 0336 0123410 within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number.
We will send you a replacement free of cost. We do not offer refunds in this case.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
No. We currently ship within Pakistan only.
Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes. Please contact us by email at hello@mytype.store or on WhatsApp at 0336 0123410 before ordering, to discuss quantities and wholesale pricing.
Can I use your photos to sell my own products?
No. All photos, product images and designs on this website belong to Mytype.Store. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, including if you buy our products to resell. Please take your own photos.
