Terms of Service

This website is operated by Mytype.Store, based in Bahria Town, Lahore, Pakistan. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, before you order.

1. Orders

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
  • Your order is confirmed only when we accept it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because an item is out of stock, the information given is incorrect, or we suspect misuse.
  • Please give a complete and correct name, address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete details.
  • We sell to customers within Pakistan only.

2. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
  • Shipping charges are added at checkout, as explained in our Shipping Policy.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include cash on delivery or bank transfer. For cash on delivery, payment must be made in full when the parcel is handed over, before it is opened. For bank transfer, we ship your order after we confirm your payment.
  • If we find a pricing or listing error, we may correct it or cancel the order. We will contact you first and refund anything you have already paid.

3. Product information

We list the size, material and original photos of every product, and we try to be accurate. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and small differences in handmade or printed items are normal. Please check the product details before you order, because we do not accept returns for change of mind.

4. Shipping and delivery

Delivery is done by third-party couriers. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Our Shipping Policy explains charges, timelines and areas. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

5. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Shipping charges are never refundable. Damaged, broken or wrong items are replaced free of cost. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Cancelling an order

To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel it only if it has not yet been packed or handed to the courier. Once it has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Wholesale orders

We accept wholesale orders. For bulk quantities and wholesale pricing, contact us by email or WhatsApp before ordering. The same terms apply to wholesale orders unless we agree otherwise with you in writing.

8. Our photos and content

All photos, product images, designs, text, logos and other content on this website belong to Mytype.Store. You may not copy, download or reuse them to sell other products, on your own website, marketplace listings, social media shop or anywhere else, without our written permission. This applies to resellers too. If you buy our products to resell, you must take your own photos. We may report misuse to the platform concerned, ask for the content to be removed, and take legal action.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to harass or abuse our team, or to interfere with the website, including by scraping it or trying to break its security. We may refuse service to anyone who does.

10. Third-party links and services

Our website runs on Shopify, and orders are delivered by independent couriers. Our website may also link to other sites. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content or services.

11. Limitation of liability

The website and products are provided as described, and we do our best to keep the website available and error-free, but we cannot promise this. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mytype.Store is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

12. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Lahore.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one, and it applies to every order placed after the update.
