Refund Policy

All sales are final. Every product on Mytype.Store is listed with its size, material and original photos, so please check the details carefully before you order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, a different expectation, or a wrong choice of size, colour or design.

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Delivery costs us a lot, usually Rs. 500–1000 depending on the weight and volume of your order. This is true whether we cover it or you pay it, because the courier keeps it. For this reason, shipping charges are never refunded, in any circumstance.

If you still need to return an item

If you change your mind and want to send an item back, we may accept it at our discretion, on these conditions:

  • You pay 100% of the return cost. This includes courier charges for sending the item back to us.
  • The original shipping charge is not refunded.
  • Contact us within 4 days of receiving your order, before sending anything.
  • The item must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging, with nothing missing, torn or damaged.
  • Refunds, if approved, cover the product price only. We issue them after the returned item reaches us and passes inspection.
  • Items that arrive back damaged, used or incomplete will not be refunded.

Items we do not accept back

  • Items bought on sale or with a discount code
  • Books or journals with opened packaging
  • Used or partially used stickers

Damaged, broken or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or broken, or you receive the wrong item, we will send you a replacement free of cost, including the shipping. We do not offer refunds for these cases. Please:

  1. Take clear photos of the package before you open it.
  2. Take photos of the damaged, broken or incorrect item.
  3. Email hello@mytype.store or message us on WhatsApp at 0336 0123410 within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and the photos.

We will review your photos and confirm your replacement. In some cases we may ask you to return the damaged item, and we will cover that return shipping.
