Mytype.Store, based in Bahria Town, Lahore, Pakistan, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Payment information. Online payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not store your card details. For cash on delivery, no payment details are collected.

  • To process, pack and deliver your order, and to collect cash on delivery
  • To contact you about your order by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, for example to confirm your order or arrange delivery
  • To answer your questions and handle damaged or wrong item requests

  • To show you our products on other websites and social media, and to send you offers or updates. You can opt out at any time

3. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with people who help us run the store, and only as much as they need:

  • Shopify, which hosts our website and processes orders
  • Courier companies, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel
  • Payment providers, who process online payments
  • Messaging and calling services, which we use to send order updates and confirmations
  • Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through website analytics and advertising tools
  • Review and website tools that we use to show reviews and run the store
  • Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it

4. Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar tools to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, measure visits and show relevant ads. These include Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website, such as the cart and checkout, may stop working.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep order and customer information for as long as we need it to deliver your order, handle returns and complaints, and meet our legal and accounting duties. After that we delete it or remove your identity from it.

6. Keeping your information safe

Our website uses Shopify's secure checkout, and payment information is encrypted. We limit who in our team can see customer details. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your choices

  • Ask to see the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct it or delete it, unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons
  • Stop marketing messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link, or by telling us

Our website is not meant for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us their details, please contact us and we will delete them.

Shopify and some of our other service providers store data on servers outside Pakistan. By placing an order, you agree that your information may be handled there, under their privacy and security practices.
