Shipping Policy

Mytype.Store ships across Pakistan. Please read this policy before you order, together with our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

Shipping charges

  • Standard delivery (all of Pakistan): Rs. 450.
  • Free standard delivery on orders of Rs. 6000 or more.
  • Express 48 hours (Lahore only): Rs. 500.
  • Next day delivery (Lahore only): Rs. 1000.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable, as explained in our Refund Policy.

Where we ship from

All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Bahria Town, Lahore. We handle packing, shipping and fulfilment in-house.

Processing and delivery times

We ship orders Monday to Saturday at around 11:00 AM. Orders placed on Saturday after 11:00 AM ship on Monday. We do not ship or deliver on Sundays.

  • Standard, Lahore: usually 3–4 working days, and sometimes within 2 days.
  • Standard, outside Lahore: 5–7 working days.
  • Express (Lahore only): within 48 hours.
  • Next day (Lahore only): the next working day.

Delivery is done by third-party couriers. These times are estimates, and delays caused by the courier, weather or other reasons outside our control are not guaranteed against.

Before your parcel arrives

  • Please give a complete and correct address and phone number.
  • Make sure someone is available at the address to receive the parcel.
  • We contact you to confirm your order before we ship it. Please keep your phone reachable and reply promptly, as unconfirmed orders may be delayed.

Refused or returned parcels

We pay the courier to deliver every parcel, and again if it comes back. If you refuse to accept a parcel without a valid reason, such as it being damaged or the wrong item, we lose that delivery cost. Customers who refuse parcels deliberately may be blocked from placing future orders. A parcel that comes back to us will not be re-shipped.

Damaged or wrong items

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will send a free replacement. Please follow the steps in our Refund Policy and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

International shipping

We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping costs more than the price of our products, so it isn't possible for now. Thank you for understanding.
